Subscription policy
Some Vitalë items may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how each works.
Subscribe & Save
When you choose Subscribe & Save you receive one box of Inner Peace™ every four weeks (or the frequency shown at checkout) at the subscription price. Shipping is charged on every delivery at the rate shown at checkout. Subscription pricing applies only while your subscription is active.
Recurring charges
Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify and charged automatically before each delivery. You receive an email reminder before every renewal and an order confirmation with tracking when it ships. If a payment fails we will retry and email you; the subscription is paused until payment succeeds.
Change, skip or cancel
You can change your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, update your address or payment method, or cancel at any time — no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Email support@vitale.plus from the address you ordered with and tell us what you would like to change; including your order number helps. We confirm every request by email within 1 business day.
48-hour cut-off
Changes, skips and cancellations must reach us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge. We go by the time your email arrives, not the time we reply. Requests made inside that window take effect on the following renewal, and the already-scheduled order will ship as normal.
Renewals are not refundable
Renewal orders are final and are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, which applies only to the first box of your first order. If a renewal arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Price and term changes
We may change the subscription price, frequency options or these terms with at least 14 days’ notice by email. You can cancel before the change takes effect and will not be charged the new price.
Eligibility
Subscriptions are available to customers aged 18 and over with a shipping address in Canada or the United States. Inner Peace™ is a natural health product — read the label and consult a healthcare practitioner if you have any questions before continuing use.
